Little White Rabbits and flowers for Mothers Day.

It's Mothering Sunday here in the UK and I received some beautiful flowers from my daughter. She lives 200 miles away in London so we can't get together very often.

My surprise came carefully wrapped in a pink box..............

They are beautiful now that they are in a vase and the Freesias are sending a wonderful perfume around the room.

It's a cold wet and gloomy day so I'm sitting cosy and warm and making more White Rabbits.

These two are for an Easter present for my granddaughters, I'm sending them off with a copy of Alice in Wonderland and some delicious Swiss chocolate bunnies.

I've just looked outside and the rain has turned to snow and sleet ...Yuk!!!
I'm cooking dinner, spending an evening with an episode of ''Call the Midwife'' and a glass of wine.

Have a great week.
xox Angela.

Dear Angela, a happy Mothers Day to you ,- what a wonderful flower gift you recieved from your daughter.
Here we only have Mothers Day in May!
Your rabbits are the sweetest and their carrots so wonderful- those grandkids will be so happy when recieving them!
Here we have the coldest march with huge storm which makes the ferry stay in harbour, so no traffic between the island and the rest of Denmark!!

Happy Mother's Day to you there in the UK! The flowers are a wonderful gift from your daughter. I can just about smell their fragrance all the way over here in the US. There is nothing like the fragrance of Freesia to boost the spirit and make one happy!

Dear Angela,
Freesia are my favorite flowers~especially the scent. How lucky for you to recieve them and I am sure you are enjoying their beautiful fragrance.
Love "Call the Midwife"! We have to wait until March 31st for the new season. That will be the same night we see the first episode of Mr. Selfridge, which I hear is great too.
All the best, Ruthie from: http://www.ladybstimefortea.blogspot.com
Happy belated Mothers Day! Give me a glass of wine and I'd be a happy camper! On second thought, the whole bottle would be nice. Ha! Your bunnies are so cute and such sweet gifts for your granddaughters. I shall be crocheting another bunny over the weekend and hopefully some Easter eggs, too. Oh! And more butterflies. :) We've all kinds of weather this week. Overcast today so cooled off quite a bit this afternoon. The flowers from your daughter are lovely. Hope you are having a good week.
