Roses.

I love anything with roses and this is one of my favourite cups. Just right for Earl Grey tea in the afternoon.

I'm showing this with a pretty hanging heart and one of my altered bottles.

It's such a lovely design and I love the Auricula's on the top right hand side.

Even the inside is special..........

Tea always tastes better in a china cup..... just try it!!

I'm having a quiet day today finishing my latest And Sew to Quilt book. I'll show you later.
I'm showing my teacups to support my friend Jilly a new blogger and teacup queen.

I'm also linking to Marthhas Tea Cup Tuesday, see you there!!

Hi Angela I'm just like you in that I adore roses too and even have that same paper napkin in your first picture! Such a beautiful heart and altered bottle sitting next to,obviously, one of your favourite rose cups and saucers.
Will go and check out your friend's new blog too.
Thank you dear friend for such a kind comment left about my Heart Strings!
Have a wonderful week,
Hugs from chilly downunder,

Really enjoyed visiting your blog, today. Love your pretty heart sachets. Of course, I love heart shaped anything! The tea cups and all are just wonderful. I am an unabashed Anglophile and so love to read anything about England. Back in the 1880's, my great-grandparents came to the U.S. (as a young couple)from the Devonshire region . Some day, I hope to visit England. I'm going to sign on as a follower of your blog. Have a great day, and best wishes for your shop! - Cynthia
Hello Angela,
I love your pretty teacup! And yes, tea does taste better in a china cup.
You have such a pretty blog! We also have red cliffs here on the Island and those beautiful pebbles on your beach at Budleigh Salterton I have seen at St. Martins in New Brunswick. I have enjoyed my visit here and I hope you will stop by and say Hello. Have a beautiful day.

Blessings,
Sandi

Your teacups are so pretty - I love the ones that have details on the inside as well.
I have heard it's the thinness of the china that makes the tea taste better - like thinner wine glasses make the taste better. I have no idea why that is, but have heard it many times!
So very pretty! I've been having earl grey green lately. Very tasty! Happy August to you! Tammy
