Nearly ready!!

My work area is a shambles, my sewing machine has been running constantly
there's no food in the cupboards but I'm nearly ready for my Christmas Fairs.

I bought some small wooden heart shaped trays, painted them with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White. I filled them with a heartshaped pin cushion and decorated each creamy cotton lace.

                                                               I used patchwork....

a piece of vintage tablecloth...and lots of other pretty fabrics.

My fabric books always sell well so I've made one for a gardener and a quilter...

one for a needlewoman and one just for keepsakes....

I love covering boxes so these were a pleasure to make....

Lovely reds from Moda French General....

                                                                  Pretty pink toile....

gorgeous duck egg blue for Treasured Memories....

and finally these lovely reds and browns..

You'll find me and my work next Sunday at The Cotehele Christmas Craft Sale, Cotehele, Saltash< Cornwall.

Then for three days at Cowslip Christmas Fair from Friday 16th  to Sunday 18th November.

If you get to either do come and say hello.

I'm tidying and shopping today ready to finish one more commision before loading my car.

Have a great week.

xox Angela.

Dear Angela
You have been sooo very busy creating precious treasures and keepsakes with the hearts, books and boxes each with so much thought put into each one.
They are truly delightful and I would be very surprised if you don't sell every item at the fairs.
Wishing you the best of luck!
And thank you sweetie for leaving such a kind comment on my blog!

Big hugs,
Suzy
