I used some left over fabric from my " Little girls bring" quilt to cover this box.
The top is embellished with burlap,lace and flowers
The inside has this lovely Laura Ashley paper and a rose scented heart.
So right for Valentines Day don't you think....
I can't resist making books so the first one in 2013 is a fabric and lace journal...
I used lots of layers held together with machine embroidery....
There are fabric pages...
and two paper signatures each with twelve pages to write your thoughts and inspiration...
I love lace and have added lots of my favourite bits to this piece...
The back cover has lace and scrim and more stitching.
I'm adding these to my Etsy shop today along with this little bear...
and a pretty bag....
